Printing is a disaster, doesn’t work even after you’ve spent $5 on their computer. Staff is the opposite of helpful. Also won’t take passport photos of kids (which is not on their website). Kind of seemed like the employees just didn’t feel like it.

I really like taking things to Fed ex and use them for returns since I often shop online. No wait, cheerful customer service that are knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this Fed Ex
