Drop off couldn't have been easier. Quick in and out. Easy access.
Fedex is the worst to deal with. Horrible shipping service and by far the worst to work with you in receiving your package.
Absolute worst shipping company going. Constantly delivering our packages to wrong address and you can never get a human on the phone. When you do fed ex always states to contact the place you bought it from. They never take responsibility for leaving packages at wrong addresses.
If I would have known that my shipper was using fed ex, I would have never placed the order. I have instructions that you have to go up my drive way to leave my package. So what does the driver do, drives away instead of walking up my drive way. Horrible customer service then they say but we will attempt to deliver it tomorrow I said the same thing is going to happen. They can't even get in touch with their drivers to make them come back???
