Horrible experience all around. I've expecting my package, a book, since February 2nd. Apparently the delivery drivers made several attempts to deliver the package but couldn't. Which is weird because I was home on the days they said they attempted to deliver and didn't see any FedEx drivers, nor any note to indicate that they were here at all. Lady called me about my 10lbs package only coming as a 2lbs package… says it was delivered how it came. And was rude and hung up on me.
