The young lady behind the counter was helpful polite, which made me feel very comfortable
I copied part of the previous post because it stated exactly the way I feel. This has to be one of the many mean FedEx offices I have came across. Staff is absolutely no help what so ever. They were zero help when trying to return a FedEx package. I was told they could not and did not have any tape to secure my package. I was told I could go buy some tape in the Walgreens store.
