This has to be one of the many mean FedEx offices I have came across. Staff is absolutely no help what so ever. They were zero help when trying to return a fedex package. When asked where it came from they pointed me to a different store, even when the package label is fedex. I could only assume they didn't want to handle the size of the package and that is their job.
Manager was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible
