Not a FedEx just a glorified mailbox lol, you’ve been warned!
I was supposed to receive a package at home and for some reason it got redirected to this FedEx store. When I went in to pick it up a customer service agent rudely asked what I needed, I explained to him what happened. He went to the back to get the package and came back and once again rudely asked for ID.. I gave that to him. I asked why it was redirected and once again rudely said I don't know they don't give us that information. I was just appalled at the customer service this guy Julian gave.
