I called many times, and got hung up on. I never was attached to a representative. All I want is my package delivered. The driver said it was attempted the last two days, but is lying because I have been home. I have cameras all over my house not one fedex vehicle even drove by. I seen an Amazon truck, but not fedex. Impossible to change an incorrect address and to stop an alternative delivery location. The notification of delivery status slow and broke down over a holiday.

If they are going to have sizes they won’t take, then that needs to be posted on their site. The manager was rude, the guy working in the FedEx area was willing to take the package but not the Walgreens employee.
