Worst case of not getting you to a representative possible. Automated menu that is so sorry it could po Christ himself. Scams being run on fedex customers and no one at fedex that can do anything about it (my experience today). It’s a good thing fedex handles packages better than their customer service representative handles customers! Assuming you can get through the worst automated phone answering system possible! Won’t get my business if I have a choice!
Have tried to use this drop off 5 times. Either their system is down, or now they won’t take packages anymore over a certain size. I was able to drop things off one time so I guess that’s one star
