Have tried to use this drop off 5 times. Either their system is down, or now they won’t take packages anymore over a certain size. I was able to drop things off one time so I guess that’s one star
Have asked fed ex over and over to deliver packages to door, but they throw them at end of driveway or on ground by mail box. Yesterday 200.00 Worth of dog meds were thrown on ground close to street!!!! Is it so hard to get it right! Worst service ever. Have filed complaints over and over but to no evail
