Delivered to wrong address. Shipping label was correct as printed. Caught the driver before he pulled out and asked for help getting it to the right place. He was very obnoxious and refused to help get the heavy package to the correct address. He jumped back into his truck and sped away at a high rate of speed. This is the 2nd time this has happen in the last 6 months.(Delivery to wrong house and a very rude and obnoxious delivery person). Very poor service!!...If given a choice...I will NEVER do business with your company.
I called trying to locate my order that the tracking number said was delivered. Shipper placed the wrong address on package and it was delivered to a business in Brookville Pa. They did not return the package and FedEx said it was my responsibility to contact the shipper about the error. Shipper claims address was correct and FedEx was in error. Either way I got a refund of my money instead of the product I ordered.
