Glad my mother raised me right cuz someone's grandmother almost made me tell her a thing or 5 about customer service. Google says bring in your code, lable, package etc after waiting 10 mins in the fedex drop off to even be acknowledged. I was acknowledged as both employees walked back and forth together up and down the isles and through the store looking for Ms Grandmas scanner.
