They constantly deliver packages to our shop/garage building instead of driving the extra 50 yards to our front door. We have even called and asked them to actually do their job but alas the drivers are too lazy. UPS drivers can actually find the door, maybe Fedex hires people who failed to join UPS?

FedEx continues to leave packages in the alley behind our home, not on the front porch which is the official delivery location.
The FedEx printing machine inside Walgreens has been inoperable for over 1 year. The Walgreens manager did not care at all when I asked that Walgreens update this information on the web - she could care less. Poor customer service and shrug shoulders attitude.
