The FedEx printing machine inside Walgreens has been inoperable for over 1 year. The Walgreens manager did not care at all when I asked that Walgreens update this information on the web - she could care less. Poor customer service and shrug shoulders attitude.
They have a shortage of employees, so naturally things get backed up. The employees they do have are wonderful. Unfortunately Summit County does have enough folks who want to work for FedEx, so your packages are at the mercy of the natural flow of things, which is unpredictable at best. If you can intercept your package and pick it up at this location you will usually get it 48 hours earlier, otherwise it may sit here for 2 days while it waits to get assigned to a delivery.
Off site is better
Does not have Fedex packaging materials! So can't use Walgreens to mail things unless already in Fedex package!
