If I could leave a - 5 stars I would, the costumer service on the phone is freaking ridiculous, no human interaction whatsoever just a word salad, with AI assistants that I swear by God, it is designed solely to test our patience and make you give up!!! Why this company doesnt have a quicker and more effective way to be contacted? Is so unprofessional… my package was programmed to be delivered at my home, and then you guys decided that was the wrong address, and this has been a week!!!
Helpful staff getting me through printing issues
There was only 1 person working counter but several doing nothing in store. When I got my chance the person had to turn scanner and took care of someone else and was going to make me wait for scanner - I walked out and went elsewhere.
Don't go here..it's a drop off
