Poor customer service.
The FedEx is inside of the Safeway at the customer service desk. The employee there was super friendly and helpful. This FedEx is only a drop off and pick up center. So if you're needing other services, the larger FedEx Center will be more helpful. This drop off site did not have the ability to print physical receipts, but they are able to provide you with a tracking service by text.
