I had to mail out a computer. I directly told the girl what was in the box. I specifically asked her to put a bunch of fragile stickers on it, as it was an expensive item. She said she would. Then I left. The package arrived at its destination with out any fragile stickers on it. Not a one. Guess I needed to babysit her and stand there to watch to be sure she did what I asked. Very poor service.
I came here because it says that they make copies not only did I wait for five minutes before somebody came they employee was so rude proceeded to tell me they don’t make copies and all I said to the lady was look on Google. It says you do, she says, i don’t know what to tell you. We don’t do copies here just rude and said we don’t even have a copy machine as I see one right behind her do not advertise that you make copies if you don’t and don’t be rude to your customers you are in a customer service position.
