They didn’t take my package which is already labeled, instead she told me to go to USPS. I, came on 1/5/23, feel like all she have to do is to accept my package and scan since it’s already labeled, it’s very rude the lady that was wearing black skirt with eyeglasses.
Just bring the package to any register. Boom. Done.
My favorite FedEx. Always great customer service. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It's always pretty busy, but as far as having to get a label and ship something yoy are usually in and out about 10 to 15 mins.
