This place has the worst customer service. There was no one at the register, we waited and called out to see if anyone would come and so we decided to leave everything by the register, and as we were getting in the car, this female employee came out and asked, "What?" with a major attitude. We just said we waited for more than 5 minutes, and no one came to assist us, and she went inside upset. False / premature Advertising. This place is not yet built. I wasted 30 minutes driving here to get a part shipped out trusting that the hours advertised were correct. But no. To make my own matters worse I was not able to find another fedex location before cob that day and this cost me another$4,000 in a core return that was not returned within the vendor’s allotted time…. Which my employees were supposed to have done days before but hadn’t so I was already rushed. That parts on me. Still… not happy about the false advertis... read more
