I ordered a package and it was supposed be delivered by fed ex. The last package was delivered to the neighbors house. This package was supposed to arrive Thursday , it was delayed until Friday, fine. Friday arrived and I waited and finally fed ex fills up. I go out and sit on the porch while the woman fumbles around in her truck for a good ten minutes. She comes back up checks something and goes back and looks some more. Then she just leaves. A female driver from this location backed into my house and completely ripped my gutter in half. I watched her pull away from my gutter as I was yelling and waving my hands at her to stop. I filed a claim and it took approx 2 months for anyone at Fex Ex to figure out what to do with the claim. Everyone was passing it in to the next person.
