I had a disappointing experience with a front desk staff member. Despite my patience and understanding, she repeatedly expressed reluctance to accept my package, citing uncertainty about the driver's schedule. I explained that time sensitivity wasn't an issue, and I was willing to wait up to a week. However, she continued to raise concerns and spoke in a raised tone. I found her demeanor unprofessional and felt unwelcome. I hope that in the future, staff members will strive to provide more courteous and helpful service.
