I had a disappointing experience with a front desk staff member. Despite my patience and understanding, she repeatedly expressed reluctance to accept my package, citing uncertainty about the driver's schedule. I explained that time sensitivity wasn't an issue, and I was willing to wait up to a week. However, she continued to raise concerns and spoke in a raised tone. I found her demeanor unprofessional and felt unwelcome. I hope that in the future, staff members will strive to provide more courteous and helpful service.

Staff were not familiar with how FedEx works. And they had no FedEx Express envelopes available for urgent document mailings. A usable self service kiosk would have been better.
