Worst interaction I have ever had with a customer service rep. She said, you got a label, you gotta have a label. You can go to the other place across the street and they will print one for you. Then another person said, they aren’t there across the street anymore. I created the label on my phone and waited 15 minutes for her to pay attention to me again. She made me go behind the counter and place my boxes there and walked away.
they are GREAT but note this location is CLOSED. Correct address is 2140 E 116th St Suite 100 Staff is helpful even when I’m a grumpy B and inpatient
