Arrived at the location and the store was closed (10:09pm) Asked the team member if they could take the packet after explaining the site said closed at 11, but he said no. Other tall gentleman with locs ignored me and closed the door while I was talking to his associate. Another neighbor pulled up as well thinking the store was open. This business updated their business hours less than 2 months ago.
I recommend not dropping off here. THEY HAVE A REAL IDGAF vibe. They lost my package. I had to go there twice and have them check the locker and spent hours on the phone with FEDEX.
