Be warned: To those that expect reasonably, that your package at this on site Fedex location will be picked up promptly, you are incorrect. I could not get anyone on the phone to explain the situation that I needed help resolving. The automative phone selections was not offered as a selection and when I pressed 0 to speak with customer service the voice message thanked me for calling and hung up on me with no resolution.
