The rest of the store is fine. Came here to drop off a fed ex box after finding on Google. Had to wait 10 mins at the photo counter. And when I asked the main cashier (Dulce) she waved her hand and dismissed me and said “ I’ll be over there in a minute!” Next time I’ll use a box on the road.
Was told I couldn’t drop off because they didn’t have any FEDEX shipping envelopes. Told me to go to an isle and get them but then said didn’t know the store so like maybe 12 wow disrespectful and not worth the time stopping. Where did customer service go welp with this place I guess it’s out the window……
