10/15/2025 4:40 / 5:30 pm DONT USE THE PICK UP IN THIS LOCATION SERVICE. The person was blaming the delivery person and told me to call fedex. Fedex was claiming the package was received there. 10/16/2025 the package was found, it was sent to a different town.. but still be careful, if you are receiving something expensive I would go to a different place.

10/15/2025 4:40 / 5:30 pm DONT USE THIS SERVICE. UPS I BETTER. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE THEN CLAIMED IT WASNT THERE. The person was blaming the delivery person and told me to call fedex. Then WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE SIGNATURE FROM THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED IT, WHO WAS THE WHITE OLDER LADY THERE, SHE SAID SHE RECEIVED IT BUT CANT REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED TO IT AND SUPPOSEDLY WILL CALL “IF SHE FINDS IT.” Will update.

This is the third time with this same driver, in the last couple months that rolled up to my home with their radio blaring so loud that I heard him in the he back of my house before he entered my 200 ft driveway AND Didn't GIVE ME MY Package saying someone else has it. Trying to get a hold of someone in customer service that speaks english without a thick foreign accent is a nightmare.
