My husband was expecting a very important package that needed to be signed for and was tracking the delivery. The young man attempted to help, however a brunette woman abruptly interrupted. Instead of referring me to the full-service center a mile away, she rudely stated I needed to have come with a label, ready to ship and they could not help me.
