Easy to drop off
First time needing to use this mail carrier. The associate was knowledgeable. He answered all question without hesitation or being annoyed. Therefore good service. I can say it was pricey to overnight a document to PR. It was considered international, even though it's a US territory. But the document arrive next day and timely.
