I went there because I needed to have a package returned to sender because FedEx took so long with it's original delivery I cancelled it. The gentleman was nice enough but informed me that it was the company I purchased the item from that is responsible for updates on my delivery; I commented..then why do we sign up for delivery information, from FedEx , when we order?
It took fedEx from 16th to 24 to get a package from Memphis to Pensacola 2 day air they get 2 stars from me
