The driver picked up my package over 3 weeks ago from the River Rd post office. Handed it to a manager because he couldn't scan it (why he even took it when he couldn't scan it is beyond me) and then once this mystery manager got the package. It's missing. Been missing for weeks. Was told he'd call me, never did. I file a claim. Was told I'd hear something within 24-48 hours. That was two weeks ago. My package is lost. Noone will tell me anything.
