Employees are very helpful with receiving fedex packages and insuring that it is properly scanned in for pick up or drop off. I'm glad packages are secured on site instead of an exterior drop box that could allow for theft of it.
The drop site is inside the DG store, so it's only accessible during store hours -- which have not been following usual DG hours. They open late and close early. Plus you have to wait for an employee to scan your package. I wish the Fed Ex site was simply a drop box outside the store, accessible 24 hours like the one in Deerwood.
