You cannot get ahold of a live person for the life of you. I had a “failed delivery”, which just means when you live in an apartment complex they do not want to look for your actual apartment (this happens constantly). I called to try to figure out which location my package would be at - as when I went to the ones closest to my home, they didn’t have it nor could they figure out which location it would be at - and was answered by an automated system that also said it had no information for me. Every body was helpful in getting package sent back
Good luck trying to reach a real live person at this location. You’ll just get transferred to someone who can barely speak English. Terrible service.
Went there without printing a label and she helped me get it printed and sent out after going to two other places and they couldn't help me, thanks very much
