Good luck trying to reach a real live person at this location. You’ll just get transferred to someone who can barely speak English. Terrible service.

Convenient
2 packages out for delivery yesterday, but driver couldn’t be bothered with finishing his route before going home and rescheduling for today. Didn’t even attempt delivery, but supposedly they’re “out for delivery” again. I’ll believe it when I see it. Same driver refuses to deliver to my front door, probably to avoid activating video doorbell. He’s delivered multiple items to my carport, placing said items in the middle of the parking spot, so I have to move them before I can park. Contacted the facility multiple times about... read more
