Convenient
2 packages out for delivery yesterday, but driver couldn’t be bothered with finishing his route before going home and rescheduling for today. Didn’t even attempt delivery, but supposedly they’re “out for delivery” again. I’ll believe it when I see it. Same driver refuses to deliver to my front door, probably to avoid activating video doorbell. This is the worst shipping service in kanawha county if you ever want to receive your packages don’t use this fedex. And if you want any customer service don’t count on it. I called numerous times left messages no one will call back period. I ordered medical supplies the tracking said it was out for delivery for 3 weeks. I called the 800 number and all they said was we garuntee your package will be delivered by end of day.
