I just want to give a shoutout to Amanda. I've had issues do to fedex's system not being updated with my packages going to another house. But everytime I call she is ready to help and is so kind.
Fedex is generally garbage, but this location seems to excel at being subpar. 1 in 30 packages will be delivered on time. The Burlington locations are all terrible. I'd rather they ship it from pierce county then ever use this location.
All I want is to talk to a sales lead for a price adjustment for months. I'm always told I'll get a call back and hear nothing. Different departments can't even contact each other. I pay 1500 for priority shipping from China and I'm being charged over 4000 for a shipment from Washington state to California. This is getting ridiculous!!!
