Terrible experience with fed ex. I've ordered something through best buy for almost $300 on Oct 1, estimated delivery was Oct. 3, I'm still waiting for my delivery...... I filed a claim with fed ex, which was denied. Now I have to go back and call best buy and deal with this. Worst shipping company ever, highly dissatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMENDED
