I work from home and see the FedEx truck stop on my street, only to scan items as "business closed" and drive away. (I have even looked crazy and chased the truck down the street.) The drivers in this area like to fake deliveries and dump everything at this poor location to deal with. I have complained directly to FedEx, but nothing has changed. The only solution to this is to completely avoid FedEx. I either don't shop with merchants who use FedEx, or I contact them and ask them to use UPS.
Great staff on site, but FedEx delivery updates are not reliable - you will most certainly always need to go pick up your package
Quick and easy drop off for fedex mailing
