I called several times. The automated system simply wouldn't connect me to a live representative. The FedEx deliverer barely knocked on my door, didn't leave the package at my door nor did he leave a notice with information. I only got a phone call message saying they'd stop by again & left a confirmation number that the automated system rejected. I did call a Walgreens that has a drop off at their store.
