They shipped one of my packages just fine and lost the other one. I mailed them within three days of each other. However, the Dollar General staff were very nice.
Walked in for a FedEx drop off, no employees at the front of the store. Found three in an isle having a conversation. Asked me to come back in two hours to make the drop off because their system was updating. Store is a mess. Won’t be back.
needs to improve customer service
Send a package thursday for overnight shipping and paid over 100 dollars to arrive at destination on Friday noon but package has not been ship and no notification from Fedex store. Package still at the FedEx store has not been picked up and it's suppose to be an overnight shipment. So much negligence !!!!
