Not a Fed ex store, just a drop off in Walgreens. You have to have printing labels already printed. It's so frustrating. I wish the GPS would say it's just a drop off. I only gave 2 stars bc the Walgreens employee was nice.
Today i had a disappointing experience at this location. I went there during a snowstorm to drop off a FedEx box, but the staff refused to accept it. This wasn't my first time there, and I've never had issues before. The staff member was disrespectful and unhelpful, which was unacceptable. I hope the manager addresses this situation to ensure better service in the future. It's frustrating to waste time in poor conditions for such a simple task.
