According to the worker, they don’t accept FedEx here. I told her I just saw a FedEx truck pull up and drop off packages. She switched her story and said that they didn’t accept packages on weekends (it’s a Friday.) When I pushed back, she then said that her machine wasn’t working. She obviously just doesn’t want to do her job. Very Rude and unprofessional.

I take a Fedex package in to drop off on Friday afternoon. I'm told, "no drop offs until 8am Monday." If this is the policy, it doesn't make much sense to have a drop off. I guess I'll call in sick to work Monday so I can ship my Fedex package.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I walked inside asking if i was at the right address as after following my map, I came across a Dollar General and not a Fed Ex location despite my maps showing it was. The heavier woman with brown hair seemed annoyed and was very rude when asking if i was at the right location and didn’t even answer my question. Will not accept any fedex packages! I wonder if fedex knows this?
