This is a drop off/pick up only. Drop off is ONLY for people who already have their package in FedEx packaging. They have NO FedEx packages to use or buy. So unless you are already a FedEx customer and have all the required boxes, bags, envelopes etc. you cannot use this location.
Worst experience ever! FedEx employee did not fill out the invoice properly initially-this resulted in my parcel being held at customs. Once released they did not get it delivered in time and they refused to deliver it on Saturday. All of this after I paid 493 dollars for delivery. If that was not enough Customer Service was awful. I asked twice to have a call from a Manager and I am still waiting. There is no way I would ever recommend this company.
I'm beyond impressed with the service I received. I had a 50 pound mattress that the FedEx guy carried up two flights of stairs. Really impressed.
Always good service by polite and friendly drivers.
