Do not try to take your package if it "looks big". Online shows "Max package size: 48 IN x 25 IN x 25 IN Max Weight: 55 lbs" My package is 23.5IN×20IN×12IN. and maybe 10 lbs max. (Computer Monitor) I carried the bulky box inside the store and was declined drop off. The employee simply said it wouldn't fit, I cant take it. Terrible service. They have lost the package I sent to my client and are desperate to lie their way out of it by saying they delivered while simultaneously trying to offer me 14 bucks compensation which is totally incoherent . WHERE IS THE DAMN PACKAGE
