2nd time that they have delivered to a different address one time my neighbors across the road! The other was down the road! There is no way they could of got it mixed up, my address is clear as day on the boxes. You're just lucky my neighbors are decent people and brought them back to me!!! Very very up happy!
If I could give a -5 I would! I am always hunting for my packages! I have found them on my garbage trailer. In front of my shop. On chairs. Front hitch of trailer.... BUT NEVER ON MY PORCH! This is ridiculous! Box was heavy for me so I had to pickup out in lawn because package opened!
We apparently needed a 21 year old to stay home for a week straight, 24 hours a day to get our package. We still have not received it. We are going on the third week. They can’t tell us a time or how to get it. Just that they will try again. What a great company! How in the hell do you stay in business??????
