Very friendly staffs
the guy working FED EX was awesome. he helped me mail off important documents. he was even nice to the couple that kept interrupting him.
Our ground ship delivery driver keeps delivering packages at the back of our building WHICH IS NOT A DELIVERY AREA. I called and emailed FedEx because we assumed packages were lost and they did nothing. Driver even puts fake names when a signature is required. I don't don't what else to do. I cant ger a local number to speak to someone
