I needed a repaired or replacement cell phone from Motorola for my Edge 30 Fusion and their carrier for returning mine is FedEx. Needless to say, these FedEx folks really finessed the daylights outta my one little shipment and I HOPE to get my phone or a replacement back within 7-10 days or so. These folks are SO EFFICIENT!
Don't know about the other people giving 1 star reviews, but my dropoffs have been simple and easy here. Walk in, wait my turn if there's a line at the checkout register, hand over a package, get it scanned, acknowledgement goes to phone... done. In and out in just a couple minutes. As to whether they can print labels or handle more complex shipping needs, I can't say. I go to an actual FedEx ship center if I need those services. Retail locations are best for simple dropoff.
The young man was very professional, efficient and a positive personality. He was extremely quick taking care of my business and made the transaction extremely pleasant. I definitely recommend this location for your business.
