Very frustrating not being able to speak to a person
They don't have the ability to print labels, the FedEx drop off at Walgreens has the ability to print labels
Very helpful and friendly staff. Even though they are not supplied with FedEx boxes, they still went above and beyond to help me find a box to pack my item in and secure it safely. Kudos to that manager boy at the customer service desk he was juggling helping me and working new a employee on his first day.
