I asked the employee why did I have to drive 12 miles out of my way from Dalton Georgia to the main Fed Ex hub to return merchandise that I could have done in Dalton 30720, he replied I don't know?, I said ok. I didn't want to argue but it was ridiculous to have someone there and doesn't know the answer or attemp to get a answer, just I don't know. Fed Ex money at work..
