The front des for picking package is way slow and worse
Huge thank you to Allen. First time returning a package here and they were patient with me and he taped up my box. Highly recommend.
Not a full service feed ex shipping center, before you can ship fed ex here you need to go to some whole other fed ex location to obtain the packaging. Seriously what in the world kind of lunacy is this!
Thank you to the worker (wish I got his name) who helped me print my shipping label and tape my package. He was patient and professional. Even when a line formed, he acknowledged the other customers and helped them out while figuring out my shipping label.
