This site sent someone to deliver to my address and they never even tried to come to the door. They gave lies about delivery tried and I have stayed home for 2 days trying to get my package. I actually watched him drive through my driveway circle and never attempted to stop.
Paid for 2 day shipping. Driver did not even turn down the road to try to deliver. Called fed ex trice and said they would request reattempt! How can you reattempt something they didn't attempt before. THEY DELIVER PACKAGES THATS ALL. CANT DO IT THE SHUT YOUR DOORS AND LET UPS TAKE OVER. I am so mad and nothing will change.
The store itself is fine and the girl that works there is very helpful but online help really sucks.
