We have been using FedEx for years. Multiple packages back and forth every week. It pains me to write this but it must be put out there. A guitar that had a declared value of $999.99 was damaged greatly in transit. FedEx made it almost impossible to get the claim through. Their reps in the claims department basically refused to help only sent emails requesting information they all ready had to access the damage and make a favorable resolution.
