Not only do they not communicate or have any humans available for a phone call, but absolutely abhorrent behavior towards staff at the leasing office I live at by an employee at this site.
Lazy people. I get my meds from Centerwell Pharmacy and they said my package was delivered. No one came to my door because it was pouring rain. There are over 100 mailboxes out here at Wiilow Woods Apts and this fool sat my meds and another package on top of the mailboxes for the whole world to steal. This was nothing but laziness because it was raining. I called and made a complaint and I don't know what's in that other package but I guarantee it's going to get stolen. It's sad that this person didn't want to do their job.
