I had never sent a package thru FedEx before and I don't even no where to start with all this digital stuff and getting everything done and paying on line to even send it, the gentleman helped me out and he was very helpful. Thank God for nice people out there.
Online tracking is garbage. store updates 2 times and then can't give any time frame on delivery just "by end of day" after having someone waiting for the package for 4 hours.
