Honestly haven't been impressed the last couple deliveries through fedex. Today my package was left in the middle of the sidewalk on a busy street. I didn't think it was that hard to walk a package up to the door. My cameras caught the driver not even getting out and just tossing it on the sidewalk and driving off. Let alone this was supposed to be deliveries 2 days ago and was sitting on a truck for how long till they finally dropped off today.
Returns are repackaged and sent with correct paperwork. Easy and quick.
