After scanning it, they told me it was done! No invoice, nothing! I checked the tracking number at night and there was nothing. They said it hadn't been sent to FedEx yet.
The FedEx pick up and drop off is inside Duane Reade. The DR staff can be slow to serve you because they are serving their customers but they do their best to handle FedEx pick up and drop offs. Be sure to wait to get a receipt when dropping off FedEx packages before you go so you have proof of sending or returning packages. I gave it a 4 star because I’ve had good results besides the slow service.
