The woman at the counter gave me outstanding service and was very helpful with the service I needed
If I could give this location negative stars I would. The wall of negative reviews should convince you to go elsewhere and never ship with FedEx. This location can best be summarized as a Walgreens that only takes small packages sometimes. TLDR: If the small shelf they have reserved for FedEx packages is full then you can go and pound sand. Their employees will tell you just as much. Never give this Walgreens or FedEx your business.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Walgreens location while attempting to pick up a FedEx package on Friday, January 23 around 6:30 PM. When I approached the counter and explained that I was there for a FedEx pickup, the employee at the desk was curt and dismissive. I attempted to provide the packing slip and email confirmation showing that the package was sent to me, but she immediately said she didn’t need it and called another coworker over.
