FedEx customer service both online and by phone is absolutely terrible. It is a joke. Their garbage system won't allow you to make any sort of contact to a person to ask questions. When I did manage to find someone by phone, after somehow beating the loop that they put you in, it was some Indian lady with a heavy accent who, by her tone of voice, seemed bothered, annoyed, or impatient with me. If I could give this location negative stars I would. The wall of negative reviews should convince you to go elsewhere and never ship with FedEx. This location can best be summarized as a Walgreens that only takes small packages sometimes. TLDR: If the small shelf they have reserved for FedEx packages is full then you can go and pound sand. Their employees will tell you just as much. Never give this Walgreens or FedEx your business.
