Nice site and good service.
Just was in the store to drop off some packages, I already had the labels and simply needed to drop them off and was met by such a rude and disrespectful employee. She went out of her way to avoid me and when she did finally speak to me she was truly one of the rudest people. Literally all I needed to do was leave my packages and somehow that was a difficult task. Such ridiculous behavior and certainly not the kind that makes me a happy customer. Will not be returning to this location.
It was easily picked up at reception desk.
Staff was custom friendly and very helpful
1/8/2024. The woman that waited on me was very rude! My return was supposed to free but she charged me $3.70! I had the return label from the company which the co. sent me with the order. I said it was a FREE RETURN and she said 'if you want to return it, you GOTTA PAY FOR IT!! I was so frustrated I after explaining that it was free and refused to accept it unless I paid!! If I had a box or a bag, I could have put it in a dropbox-free! I will never go back there and I'm definitely calling management to complain. Jeff
